Raw Food Makes #1 New Year's Resolution Easy

Eating a so-called "Raw" diet — that is, comprising primarily uncooked, plant-based foods — is one of the easiest ways to lose weight, according to gourmet Raw Food chef, Kristen Suzanne Makuch of Kristen's Raw (www.KristensRaw.com).
